Probable Cause
1. Too Much Oil In The Valve Compartment
Look at both ends of the rocker arm shaft. Be sure that there is a plug in each end.
2. Worn Valve Guides
Reconditioning of the cylinder head is needed.
3. Worn Piston Rings
Inspect and install new parts as needed.
