C7 Industrial Engines Disassembly and Assembly – Engine Oil Pressure Sensor – Remove and Install

Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect harness assembly (1) from engine oil pressure sensor (2) .

 

  1. Remove engine oil pressure sensor (2) and the O-ring seal.

Installation Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seal for wear or for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seal.

 

  1. Install the O-ring seal on engine oil pressure sensor (2) .

 

  1. Install engine oil pressure sensor (2) . Tighten engine oil pressure sensor (2) to a torque of 10 ± 2 N·m (88 ± 18 lb in).

 

  1. Connect harness assembly (1) onto engine oil pressure sensor (2) .
