Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove fuel injection pump and governor.
2. Remove exhaust gas recirculation valve.

Note: Refer to Specification UENR0995 "Engine Design" for non-specified engine Torque Values.

1. Disconnect hose assembly (2) and relocate.

2. Remove bolts (3) and remove inlet manifold (1) and the gasket.

Installation Procedure

1. Install inlet manifold (1) in the reverse order of removal.
