259D Skid Steer Loaders Engine Supplement – Idler – Remove and Install – Triple Flange

Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the track.

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to track idler (2). The weight of track idler (2) is approximately 35 kg (77' lb).

2. Remove bolts (1) and remove track idler (2) .

Installation Procedure

1. Install track idler (2) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 530 ± 70 N·m (391 ± 52 lb ft).
