Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the track.

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to track idler (2). The weight of track idler (2) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).

2. Remove bolts (1) and remove track idler (2) .

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to track idler (2). The weight of track idler (2) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).

2. Align the flat surfaces on seal cups (4) with the flat surfaces on the undercarriage frame (3) .

3. Install bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 530 ± 70 N·m (391 ± 51 lb ft).

End By: Install the track.
